Cancellation policies

Our activities are activities that depend on nature and therefore it is challenging to have efficient planning. To avoid last minute cancellations that can represent logistical problems for the organization of our activities, we have decided to create the following cancellation policies.

Sup lessons, sup yoga, windsurfing, sailing and courses of any kind

Cancellation made 48 hours or more, prior to the start time, will guarantee you a full refund. Cancellations made between 0 and 48 hours before will be considered last minute cancellations and you will not be entitled to any refund

Rental of sup boards and transparent canoes
Cancellation made 24 hours or more, prior to the start time, will guarantee you a full refund. Cancellations made between 0 and 24 hours before will be considered last minute cancellations and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Sup or on foot excursions

Cancellation made 72 hours or more, prior to the start time, will guarantee you a full refund. Cancellations made between 0 and 72 hours prior will be considered last minute cancellations and you will not be entitled to any refund.

If circumstances beyond our control make the operation or rental impossible or dangerous, such as adverse weather conditions and other causes of force majeure, the activities or rental may be canceled. In this case we will try to agree a new date together, if the new proposed date does not suit you, you will be refunded in full.

You can request a change to the scheduled dates for an activity or rental if such a change is possible (this will depend on the activity) in compliance with the cancellation policies, for example: you have booked a windsurfing or wing foil lesson and you have decided to move the date, you can do so as long as you make this decision 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity starts.
You can request this change through our customer service, by filling out the form or by chatting with us.

We will send you a new booking summary and the previous one will no longer be valid.

Try to contact us as soon as possible if you cannot participate in the activity or can no longer rent the equipment on the agreed date. We will do our best to find the best solution to reschedule or postpone your business or rental!
